Each Player is permitted to holdone Account only. Opening duplicate, multiple, or overlapping Accounts is a breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts. Any balances held across duplicate Accounts may be forfeited.

4.1 — Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including, without limitation, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 — Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pisy888 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

4.3 — KYC Verification

pisy888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of your Account lifecycle. This may include, without limitation, a government-issued national identity card (MyKad), passport, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months), or source-of-funds documentation. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by the Platform may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.

pissy888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeiting any remaining balance where applicable, and to report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities.

6.1 — Supported Payment Methods

pissy888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrency networks including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether USDT (TRC-20). Available methods may vary by account status and transaction volume.

6.2 — Minimum Deposit

6.3 — Withdrawal Processing

6.4 — Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

For fraud prevention purposes, withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. pisy888 reserves the right to request additional documentation before authorising withdrawals to a different payment method.

pissy888 offers promotional bonuses, welcome packages, reload incentives, and other offers from time to time ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms published at the point of offer and, in addition, the following general conditions:

• Eligibility: Each Promotion specifies its own eligibility criteria. Players may be required to opt in, meet a minimum deposit threshold, or use a designated promotion code.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they, or winings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Where no multiplier is stated, a default of 5× applies.

The following rules apply to all wagering activity on the pisy888 Platform:

• Final Results: For sports betting markets, the outcome of a settled wager is determined by the official result as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Football Association of Malaysia for Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, or the Premier League for EPL matches). pisy888's decision on result settlement shall be final.
• Void Bets: A wager may be declared void where the event does not take place, is abandoned prior to the qualifying period, or where a technical error affects the integrity of the market. Staked amounts on void bets are returned to the Player's Account.
• Maximum Win Limits: A maximum single-transaction win cap applies across all games and betting markets. The applicable cap will be disclosed in game-specific rules. Winings exceding the published cap in respect of a single round or event will be limited to that cap.
• Technical Faults: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or live betting event, pissy888 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the Player. Claims based on purported winings arising from a technical error will not be honoured.
• Obvious Errors: pisy888 reserves the right to void and cancel any wager accepted as result of an obvious pricing error, data feed failure, or manifest mistake in published odds — regardless of whether the event has already been settled.

Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, and third-party service disruptions may affect availability from time to time.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law.

pisy888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The Player is found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms;
• The Player provides false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information;
• The Account is suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct;
• The Player is found to be under21 years of age;
• Regulatory or legal obligations require the Platform to cease providing Services to the Player;

Upon legitimate Account closure by pissy888, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the most recent verified payment method.
